Become a tester!
Step 1
- If you haven’t already done so, request to become a tester.
- Check your email: Look for an email from TestFlight or the person who sent you the invite. It should contain an invitation to test an app.
- Open the email: Click on the email to open it.
- Tap on the “View in TestFlight” button: Inside the email, you should see a button labeled “View in TestFlight” or something similar. Tap on it.
Step 2
- Install TestFlight (if needed): If you don’t have TestFlight installed on your device, you will be directed to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Download and install TestFlight from the respective app store.
- Open TestFlight: Once TestFlight is installed, open the app.
- Accept the invite: In TestFlight, you should see the app you’ve been invited to test. Tap on it to view the app details. (If you don’t, head back to your email and tap “View in TestFlight” again)
- Tap “Accept”: On the app details screen, you’ll find an “Accept” button. Tap on it to accept the invite and begin testing.
- Install the app: After accepting the invite, TestFlight will start downloading and installing the app on your device. Wait for the installation process to complete.
- Start testing: Once the app is installed, you can open it and start testing. Provide any feedback or report any issues to the app developer through the TestFlight app or using this form.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to accept the user invite and join TestFlight as a tester for the app. Enjoy testing and providing feedback to help the app developer improve their app!
